STORM DAMAGE
When we have a bad storm, we try to find out who has sustained damage as soon as possible. If anyone who is on the south end of the community has damage problems in the back of their home, please call or e-mail the board so we can get it taken care of.
MICROWAVE RECALL
We have been informed of a microwave recall that may affect you. If you have a Kenmore built-in microwave model # 66561622100, call 1-800-469-4663 and someone will come and replace the microwave for you free of charge.
WET CEMENT
We are having some concrete poured in some sections of our sidewalks. There have been some problems with dogs or children getting into the we cement and we have to pay the concrete layer to come out and fix it. If your dog or children mess up the fresh concrete, you will be held responsible for the cost of repair. Please keep your dog on a leash and help your children to stay away. Thank you.
STUCK WITH STUCCO DAMAGE?
The HOA covers stucco damage resulting from inferior original installation and natural causes; however, the HOA will not cover stucco damage resulting from holes you have drilled in stucco to install planters, nails you have hammered into the stucco, etc. This applies to all sides of your home.
DON'T GET FINED!
Dogs! Many people are still allowing their dogs to run around without a leash and not cleaning up after them. Failure to comply may result in a fine.
